Advertised home sale prices do not include site rent or certain additional fees and costs that may apply to your home purchase.
Every application requires a nonrefundable fee for each person over the age of 18 who will live in the community. This fee covers the application process, background checks, and other expenses.
A refundable deposit required at the time of signing the lease, returned at move-out if all conditions are met.
Monthly rent for the site where your home is located.
Charges for utilities such as water, sewer, and trash collection services.
Monthly fees for cable television and internet services, if provided.
Fees for lawn maintenance and landscaping services.
Monthly or annual fees for keeping pets in your home.
Additional charges for short-term rental agreements.
Fees for using alternative payment methods such as credit cards.
Charges applied when rent or other payments are not made on time.
Applicable state and local taxes on the purchase of your home.
Fees for preparing the home for move-in, such as cleaning or repairs.
Additional government-imposed fees related to the purchase.
Costs associated with financing your home, such as loan origination fees.
Fees for required insurance policies, such as homeowner's insurance.
Any other costs related to the transaction not listed above.
